Brian Schaffnit is a two-time graduate of Florida State, receiving a B.A. in Communication Studies, in 1998, and a J.D. from the College of Law in 2002. While attending Florida State, Brian served as both the community service and intramural chairperson for Sigma Nu fraternity. Brian also volunteered as a tutor and mentor for elementary students.
Brian practices law in the areas of commercial and general civil litigation at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. In 2010, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Brian is an active member of his church, serving in the Widows and Encouraging Sports ministries. Brian spends his leisure time playing softball, watching football and other Noles’ sporting events.
